  • Lindsey Grundfast

    Lindsey Grundfast is the head coach at Muskingum. Coach Lindsey joined the Muskies in the summer of 2021 after a four-year stint at Earlham College. Coach Lindsey graduated from Dominican College in 2010. Upon graduation, Coach Lindsey coached at SUNY New Paltz as an assistant with the women’s lacrosse program for one season. Coach Lindsey graduated from SUNY New Paltz in 2012 with a Masters in Special Education.

our coaching philosophy

Playing lacrosse at Muskingum is about having coaches that care about you. Our role as coaches is to guide you during your most transformative years. We believe in the impact of positive mentorship – our goal is to have our student-athletes graduate in four years and get them ready for their next chapter in life.

We care about the whole student-athlete; inside out. Academic meetings, study tables, providing everyone with mental health days and tools/resources to manage their mental health is very important to our staff.

 
 

  • You’ll know where you stand in our program. If you have questions for us, you can always ask and we’ll have answers.

  • We’ll always shoot you straight. Feedback is vital to your growth as a person and student-athlete.

  • Lacrosse is fun and you’ll have fun in our program. We focus on year-long team building activities, including red/white team competitions.
